Planning your Arlington Heights event
In Arlington Heights, a personalized wedding floor can coordinate with a reception's stationery and floral design. A decal may be worth discussing if you want a focal detail while keeping the surrounding floor visible; a full wrap is a different design and coverage decision.
Provide photos that show the existing floor's color and grain or pattern. That background affects how a smaller monogram or decal will read visually.
Share the photographer's primary viewing direction if known. Names, dates and initials should be positioned deliberately rather than simply centered without reference to the room.
Share the actual venue address, event date and floor details. Serving the area does not mean a date, venue or surface is already approved; availability and compatibility are confirmed through project review.
Make the floor part of the décor
Consider a wedding crest inspired by the invitation, with a clear space around it. Review whether the existing floor supports the look before deciding how much of it to cover.
Cover most or all of the dance floor with a custom color, pattern, graphic or personalized design. Full wraps provide the biggest visual transformation and can coordinate the reception floor with the overall event design.
Create the bright, clean appearance of an elegant white floor and add optional names, initials, wedding dates, borders or custom graphics.
Personalize a wedding reception with initials, names, a wedding date, crest or custom monogram as the focal point of the dance floor.
For clients who do not need a complete floor wrap, a custom vinyl dance floor decal can add names, a monogram, logo or graphic while allowing much of the existing floor to remain visible.
Transform a dance floor into part of a company’s event branding using logos, event graphics, sponsor artwork, campaign creative or custom branded designs.
Create personalized floors using names, milestone numbers, colors, floral artwork, graphics or a custom theme designed around the celebration.
Design options are subject to artwork, venue and floor review. A full wrap covers most or all of the floor; a decal adds a focal detail while leaving the surrounding surface visible.

A vinyl wrap is applied to an appropriate floor surface; it does not replace the structural dance floor. The material, finish, condition and venue's adhesive policy must be reviewed individually. There is no universal approved-surface list.
Ask your Arlington Heights venue for its installation and removal requirements. Send clear floor photos, exact width and length, and the available access windows. Installation approval does not automatically confirm removal arrangements.
Need the floor as well? Explore dance floor rental options and indicate that in your quote request. A rental listing is not an approved wrap combination; not every floor can accept vinyl.
From the brief to the event
Floor size, artwork, surface requirements and the installation and removal plan determine the project-specific quote. Share what you know now; unknown dimensions can be discussed during review.

Yes. Send your Arlington Heights venue address, event date, floor dimensions and design ideas. Availability, venue access and the specific floor's suitability are reviewed before an installation is confirmed.
Possibly, but no surface is approved automatically. The floor material, finish, condition and venue's adhesive and removal rules must be reviewed. Send floor photos and ask your venue contact for its written requirements.
A full wrap changes most or all of the visible floor; a decal adds a name, monogram or logo while leaving the surrounding floor visible. Share a room photo and the look you want so we can discuss an appropriate approach.
Each project is quoted after reviewing the floor size, design, artwork requirements, surface and installation and removal arrangements. There is no fixed price on this page; provide the venue details for a project-specific quote.
Yes, ask about a floor rental in the same request. Floor availability and vinyl compatibility are reviewed separately; not every rental floor is suitable for a wrap.
Removal arrangements are agreed for the specific project and venue schedule. Include the available removal window in your request; do not assume installation approval also covers removal.
