Chicago Flower Wall offers portable bar rentals in Chicago and all of Chicagoland — elegant bar stations built for weddings, corporate events, galas, quinceañeras, and private celebrations. Our collection includes classic white shiplap bars, a new line of channel-tufted velvet bars in six colors, and grand curved configurations for large-scale events. Every bar is delivered and professionally set up at your venue.
Classic styles come in white, wood, and black shiplap finishes. Our new velvet bar collection features luxurious channel-tufted velvet panels in ivory, blush pink, navy, dusty blue, champagne, and cream — each set in a polished gold or silver frame. For larger footprints, choose our luxury 5-piece curved bar (approx. 20 ft wide) or the grand 7-piece full-circle bar (approx. 12 ft diameter). All bars include delivery, setup, and breakdown — you just arrange the bartender and beverages.
Our wedding bar rentals have been set up at venues across Chicago's neighborhoods — from the downtown hotel ballrooms of the Loop and Streeterville to lakefront pavilions in Lincoln Park, rooftop venues in River North, and elegant banquet halls throughout the suburbs. Portable Bar Rental FAQ — Chicago
Do the portable bar rentals include a bartender?
No — our portable bar rentals are structure-only. We provide the bar unit itself, delivered and set up at your venue. You are responsible for arranging your own licensed bartender and all beverages, glassware, and supplies.
Do you deliver and set up the bar at my venue?
Yes. Delivery, professional setup, and post-event breakdown and pickup are handled by our team. Delivery fees vary based on distance from our Hickory Hills location. Contact us for a quote specific to your venue.
Can the bars be used outdoors?
Yes — all three portable bars work for outdoor events on level, solid surfaces such as patio pavers, decking, turf, or hardwood dance floors. We recommend a covered tent or canopy for protection from weather.
What colors are the bars available in?
Our current inventory is all-white, which pairs beautifully with any event palette. The clean white surface works well dressed with greenery, floral swags, linen runners, neon signs, or left completely minimal.
Can I use a portable bar as a welcome table, dessert table, or gift table?
Absolutely. While these bars are designed for beverage service, clients frequently use them as cake tables, dessert displays, welcome tables, and gift stations. The clean white paneling photographs beautifully in any configuration.
How much does a portable bar rental cost in Chicago?
Pricing varies based on which bar style you choose, your event date, and your venue location. We provide custom quotes for every inquiry — use the quote form or contact us to get your personalized pricing.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for most events, and 2–3 months ahead for weddings during peak Chicago season (May through October). Availability is limited — the grand curved bar in particular books up quickly.
