Every bar arrives clean, bright white, and ready to style. Your florist can dress it with greenery swags and floral garlands. Your caterer can line the top with champagne flutes. Wedding Bar Rental FAQ — Chicago
Do your wedding bar rentals include a bartender?
No — our wedding bar rentals are structure-only. We provide, deliver, and set up the bar unit. You are responsible for arranging a licensed bartender and all beverages, glassware, ice, and supplies. Many of our clients coordinate directly with their caterer or hire an independent licensed bartender for the event.
When do you deliver and set up the bar before my wedding?
We coordinate delivery and setup timing with your venue or wedding planner. Typically we aim to be fully set up 1–2 hours before your cocktail hour begins, well within most venue setup windows. We'll confirm exact timing during the booking process based on your venue's load-in schedule.
Can the bar be used outdoors at a tent wedding?
Yes — all three bars work for outdoor tent weddings on level surfaces including hardwood dance floors, patio pavers, and turf. We recommend a covered tent or canopy for weather protection. We've set up at outdoor weddings throughout Naperville, Orland Park, Hinsdale, and the western and southwest suburbs.
Can we decorate or style the bar to match our wedding?
Absolutely — the all-white surface is designed to be dressed. Couples frequently add floral garlands, greenery swags, linen runners, neon signs, and personalized signage. We deliver the bar clean and ready for your florist or stylist to decorate. Just avoid any adhesives that could damage the panel surface.
Do you deliver to our wedding venue in the Chicago suburbs?
Yes — we deliver to wedding venues throughout Chicagoland including Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Brook, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Bolingbrook, Arlington Heights, Evanston, Hinsdale, and dozens more suburbs across Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane, and Lake counties.
How far in advance should we book for a wedding?
We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak Chicago wedding season (May through October). The grand curved bar books quickly for popular Saturday dates. Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred bar style and date.
