Champagne Wall Rental Chicago
Elegant champagne wall and prosecco wall rentals for weddings, bridal showers, and corporate events throughout Chicago and the suburbs. Two distinct styles — a classic glass display wall and a ring-for-champagne bell wall.
Each wall is a statement piece and interactive guest experience in one. Guests remember it. They photograph it. They talk about it.

About This Rental
A champagne wall (also called a prosecco wall, drink wall, or bubbly wall) is a freestanding display structure where pre-filled champagne or prosecco flutes are arranged in rows across the wall. Guests walk up, take a glass, and the visual effect — dozens of sparkling glasses lined up dramatically — becomes one of the most-photographed moments of any event.
Chicago Flower Wall offers two distinct champagne wall styles: the classic champagne display wall, where glasses are displayed on shelves or holders for guests to take, and the ring for champagne wall, an interactive bell-service experience where guests ring a bell and a gloved attendant passes them their glass through a cutout in the wall.
Both styles are available for weddings, bridal showers, corporate events, birthday parties, and any celebration in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Glassware is not provided — most clients work with their venue or caterer to supply champagne or prosecco. Contact us to discuss your event and we'll help you choose the right style.

Style 01
The classic champagne display wall is a large freestanding structure with tiered shelves or holders, each holding a pre-filled champagne or prosecco flute. The visual effect is dramatic — rows upon rows of sparkling glasses creating a wall of bubbles that photographs beautifully from any angle and draws guests in from across the room.
It works as both a functional drink station and a stunning centerpiece. Guests walk up, take a glass, and the wall refreshes throughout the event as staff refill it. Paired with a floral base, custom signage, or a neon sign, it becomes one of the most-posted photos from any event.
We offer this wall in two finishes — a sleek black display wall for a modern, high-contrast look, and a boxwood / living green wall for a lush garden-party or outdoor aesthetic. Both hold champagne flutes in tiered rows and are equally impactful.

The ring for champagne wall is the most interactive champagne experience available. Instead of picking up a glass from a display, guests ring a brass bell — and a gloved attendant passes a champagne flute through a cutout in the wall. It's theatrical, unexpected, and impossible not to photograph.
This style features a classic white tri-panel wall with a polished, formal aesthetic — "Ring For Cocktails" and "Ring For Wine" panels, a mirror, and a white floral base. Perfect for upscale indoor events, hotel ballrooms, and formal receptions.
The ring for champagne wall requires a staffed attendant on the other side of the wall during the event — most clients coordinate this with their caterer or bar staff. It's a conversation piece from the moment guests walk in and creates some of the most-shared video content of any event we service.

The same ring-for-champagne experience — guests ring a brass bell and a gloved attendant passes a flute through a cutout — but wrapped in a lush, living hedge wall with a glowing neon "Ring for A Drink!" sign. Where Style 02 is polished and formal, this version is garden-party, outdoor, and wildly photographable.
The living hedge champagne wall suits outdoor garden venues, courtyard spaces, and any event where you want that organic, lush aesthetic. It pairs beautifully with floral arrangements, lanterns, and natural-light settings.
Like all ring-for-champagne styles, this wall requires a staffed attendant on the other side during the event. Most clients coordinate this with their caterer or bar staff. Champagne and glassware are not included.
Most Popular Use
The champagne wall is the most-requested interactive rental for bridal showers in Chicago and the suburbs. It functions both as a drink station and as the photo moment of the party — every guest photographs it, and the bride always makes her way to it for a formal shot.
For weddings, the champagne wall typically appears during cocktail hour. Guests arrive from the ceremony, spot the wall, and immediately reach for a glass. The ring for champagne version adds a theatrical element that gets guests talking and produces some of the most-shared video content from the event — guests posting themselves ringing the bell and receiving their glass.
We've set up champagne walls at venues throughout Chicago — from downtown hotel ballrooms and loft spaces to suburban country clubs, outdoor garden venues, and private estates. The white panel version suits formal indoor settings; the boxwood and hedge styles work beautifully for outdoor and garden-themed events.
Common Questions
The classic champagne display wall shows rows of pre-filled glasses on tiered shelves — guests walk up and take a glass themselves. The ring for champagne wall is interactive — guests ring a brass bell and a gloved attendant passes them a glass through a cutout in the wall. Both are stunning visually, but the ring wall adds a theatrical, experiential element that gets more video content and conversation.
Yes — a champagne wall and a prosecco wall refer to the same rental structure. The name just reflects what drink is being served in the glasses. Our walls can hold any sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, cava, or non-alcoholic sparkling drink. The choice of beverage is entirely up to you and your event team.
No — the rental is for the wall structure only. Glassware and champagne or prosecco are not included. Most clients coordinate glassware through their caterer or venue, and source the champagne or prosecco separately. We can advise on glass quantities based on your wall size and guest count when you get in touch.
Yes — the ring for champagne wall requires someone on the other side of the wall to pass glasses through the cutout. Most clients coordinate this with their bar staff or caterer. We handle the wall setup; you or your event team handle the staffing. This is an important planning detail to discuss with your venue.
For the classic champagne display wall: a sleek black finish or a boxwood/living green wall. For the ring for champagne wall: a white tri-panel formal version or a living hedge wall with neon sign. Each finish suits a different event aesthetic — we're happy to recommend the best fit based on your venue and style.

Interactive bell service — guests ring for their glass
Chicago Flower Wall’s champagne display collection includes walls, carts and interactive display concepts. A glass-display wall and a ring-for-champagne or living-wall experience are different arrangements. Choose the style first, then confirm the display pieces, glassware, beverages and staffing needed for your event.
A display wall holds or presents the selected items. A ring-for-champagne or living-wall concept has different service arrangements. Confirm staffing, beverages, glassware and venue approval for the specific option rather than treating every champagne rental as the same package.
Share the planned location, number of guests, service timing and loading access. Confirm the display’s dimensions, any refilling responsibilities and the venue’s beverage rules. Delivery, setup and pickup arrangements should be confirmed in the quote.
