Chicago Flower Wall offers balloon arches and balloon backdrop designs for weddings, parties and corporate events. Plan the shape and color palette around the display location, then share venue access and installation restrictions. A reference photo is a design starting point, not confirmation of an identical package or price.
What should I provide for a balloon design quote?
Send inspiration photos, the color palette, approximate display area, event date and venue. Identify any backdrop or signage you also want so those pieces can be quoted separately. Ask the team to confirm dimensions and the agreed design.
What needs approval for a balloon installation?
Confirm the display location, attachment rules, access time and removal arrangements with the venue and rental team. Discuss outdoor exposure and any restrictions before booking. Do not assume an indoor display can be used unchanged outside.
