Heart Arch Rental in Chicago: A Red Rose Heart Over Lincoln Park's South Pond
Chicago Flower Wall's heart arch rental in Chicago is a freestanding heart built entirely from red roses, and for this August proposal it stood on the paved terrace above Lincoln Park Zoo's South Pond: light-up MARRY ME marquee letters flanking the heart, a red carpet aisle lined with red rose bouquets and pillar candles leading up to it, and the downtown skyline filling the background across the water. The whole arrangement is delivered and assembled on site as one coordinated proposal scene.

An Aisle That Ends at a Heart
Most of this photograph is walkway. The red carpet runs straight from the camera to the base of the heart, and everything else is arranged along it in pairs: tall glass vases of red roses, groupings of white pillar candles, loose petals scattered at the edges. Whoever walks this aisle gets a good thirty seconds of anticipation before arriving anywhere, and the person waiting at the end stands framed inside the heart itself.
The lettering does something clever with the product in the middle. MARRY stands to the left of the heart and ME to the right, so the arch literally completes the sentence — the heart is the missing word. A marquee letter rental in Chicago usually spells a name or a number; here the letters are split around the arch so the question only finishes when you reach the heart. It reads instantly from the far end of the terrace, which matters at a public spot where the arriving guest spots the setup before they understand it is theirs.
Daylight Roses, Skyline Backdrop
This setup was photographed in late-day sun, not after dark, and the red-on-red palette holds up in full daylight: deep red roses against a red carpet, with white candles and white letters keeping the scene from going monotone. Behind the railing, the pond reflects the sky, and the Hancock and the rest of the skyline sit exactly where a photographer would want them — centered over the heart's opening.
The South Pond terrace is a working piece of park design, not a rented hall. To the left of the letters you can see the boardwalk's honeycomb pavilion, and the ground is open pavement with stone benches, so a setup here has to arrive complete and leave no trace: every candle, vase, and petal in this frame was carried in and carried back out.
Where is the Nature Boardwalk at Lincoln Park Zoo?
The Nature Boardwalk loops around Lincoln Park Zoo's South Pond at the south end of the zoo grounds in Lincoln Park; the zoo's own site lists its address as 2400 N. Cannon Drive, Chicago, IL 60614. The boardwalk and its pavilion turned the pond into a native ecosystem with the skyline over it, and the bridge and terrace above the pond have become one of the city's most photographed proposal spots. Find it here: Nature Boardwalk at Lincoln Park Zoo on Google Maps.
Booked as a Chicago proposal package, this is the full version of the idea: the heart arch rental in Chicago as the centerpiece and the aisle dressing that leads a guest straight to it. If your spot is a park terrace, a rooftop, or a restaurant patio and you want the question built before your guest arrives, request a quote from Chicago Flower Wall with the date and the location.
