Choose the desired setting and decor, then discuss the date, access and coordination needed. A decor quote does not reserve a venue or automatically include photography, entertainment or venue permission.
Does a proposal decor booking reserve the location?
A rental or decor request is separate from permission to use the location. Confirm reservations, permits, photography rules and access with the venue or location operator. Mention surprise timing and setup restrictions when discussing the decor quote.
What should we plan for an outdoor proposal?
Share the exact location and proposed setup with the team. Review weather exposure, access, venue permission and an alternative plan before booking. Do not assume every arch, letter arrangement or decorative piece is approved for outdoor use.
