Can you set up proposal decor on a Chicago rooftop?

Absolutely. We set up at rooftop bars, hotel rooftops, private terraces, and any outdoor rooftop venue in Chicago. All our florals are weather-resistant artificial flowers specifically designed for outdoor use — they look stunning in person and in photos.
Do Chicago rooftop venues allow personal proposal decor?

Most do when you coordinate in advance. We recommend contacting your venue to confirm what's permitted — items like a freestanding floral arch, neon sign, candles, and rose petals are almost always welcomed. We can advise on what works best for your specific venue.
What happens if it's windy on the rooftop?

Our freestanding heart arches are weighted and stable. For candles we offer flameless LED options that look identical in photos and aren't affected by wind. Rose petals are scatter-set close to ground level. We plan for Chicago rooftop conditions.
Do you handle the setup yourselves?

Yes — delivery, setup, and breakdown are available and quoted separately based on your location and setup complexity. We arrive before your partner does and are gone before the moment so everything is in place and waiting.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Rooftop proposals often require venue coordination on top of decor planning, so earlier is better. Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, and summer weekends book quickly.
Is a photographer included?

We don't provide photography, but we strongly recommend hiring a professional for your proposal — these moments deserve to be captured. We can coordinate setup timing with your chosen photographer so everything lines up perfectly.
What is the best time of day for a rooftop proposal in Chicago?

Golden hour (the hour before sunset) is ideal — the Chicago skyline is at its most dramatic, and the warm light makes every photo stunning. Blue hour (30 minutes after sunset) with city lights glowing is equally spectacular. We can advise on timing for your specific venue and date.
