The Corporate Magazine Photo Booth
Our corporate photo booth is a large, walk-in magazine-style photo box with a fully custom-branded acrylic front panel. Instead of event names and wedding hashtags, the panel is printed with your company logo, event title, brand messaging, and custom headlines — creating a high-impact, branded photo moment that looks like a professional editorial shoot.
Guests step inside the illuminated box and photograph themselves through the styled front panel using their own phones. The resulting photos look like a magazine cover — with your brand front and center in every single shot. Every photo shared on social media is organic branded content, at no extra cost.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead for most corporate events. For large-scale conferences, galas, or events during Chicago's busy fall conference season, booking 6–8 weeks ahead ensures availability and enough time for panel design and production.
Does it come with an attendant?
The photo booth is entirely self-service — no attendant is included or needed. Guests step in, take their shot with their own phone, and walk out. Your event team doesn't have to manage anything. We handle setup before guests arrive and full breakdown after the event.
