Marquee Letter Rental in Chicago: BHHS AWARDS in Lights at RPM Events
For a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago awards event at RPM Events, Chicago Flower Wall stacked a marquee letter rental in Chicago two rows high — BHHS on top, AWARDS beneath — in white bulb letters wrapped in a black, white and chrome-gold balloon garland. The caption that shared the photograph called the setup a total success and thanked BHHS Chicago for bringing the team in.
Stacking Letters Changes What They Do
Most marquee work runs in a single line: a surname, a number, a short word. Ten characters will not fit that format in most rooms, so this installation went vertical — four letters over six, the two rows nearly the same width, the whole wall of light reading like a headline. Stacking also changes the photograph guests take home. Nobody poses beside a stacked sign; they pose in front of it, centered, with the company initials above the occasion like a masthead over a magazine shot. For an awards night, that composition is the entire brief: every winner's photo carries the brand and the reason in one frame.
The garland does the softening. Black balloons keep the white letters from looking clinical, chrome gold catches the same warm light the bulbs give off, and the clusters climb the left side and spill across the top, so the rectangle of letters feels grown into rather than placed. Two potted trees at the edges finish the frame, and the polished floor doubles everything — the reflection in this photograph is nearly as bright as the letters themselves.
A Realtor Event, Styled Like a Gala
It is also a two-vendor photograph, whether or not it was planned as one: the letters are Chicago Flower Wall's, the garland is balloon work in the same black-and-gold register, and the caption tags both crafts with its hashtags — marquee lights and balloon garland in a single breath. Corporate clients increasingly order the pairing together, because lit letters alone can read stark in a ballroom while balloons alone can read young; together they land at gala.
The caption files this under realtor events, and the styling choices respect what that means. An awards evening for agents is part celebration, part recruiting poster: the photos circulate inside the brokerage for a year. Black, white and gold is a palette that flatters formal wear and never clashes with a step-and-repeat's worth of different outfits, and lit initials photograph as well on a phone across the room as they do up close. A marquee letter rental in Chicago earns its fee at a corporate night precisely this way — not as decoration guests glance at, but as the room's one unavoidable photo position.
