Magazine Photo Booth Rental in Chicago: Barbie Game Day Edition at Guaranteed Rate Field
Licensed logos are where event ideas usually go to die. This one didn't: for the Chicago White Sox Barbie event at Guaranteed Rate Field, the Barbie logo on Chicago Flower Wall's magazine booth was officially approved — which is how the booth ended up courtside-pink in a ballpark lounge, printed as a "Barbie Game Day Special Edition" with the Sox emblem and the line "You Can Be Anything" across its cover.
An Activation Fans Actually Walk Into
Most ballpark signage is scenery. A magazine booth is a set fans step inside of, and the sponsor's artwork becomes the frame of every photo they take — the pink script, the stars, the team mark, all traveling home in camera rolls and out onto social feeds with the fans as the cover stars. For a theme night built around a beloved brand, that participation is the activation; the booth isn't next to the experience, it is the experience.
It also holds up to ballpark traffic. Fans shoot with their own phones, so the station never bottlenecks at a printer or needs a staffer to run it, and the built-in lighting keeps photos consistent from the first inning crowd to the last.
The Unglamorous Part: Approvals and Load-In
Two things made this setup work, and neither is visible in the photo. The first is paperwork — licensed marks need clearance ahead of the event, and the panel can't go to print until the brand signs off, so approval time has to be built into the schedule from the start. The second is the building: stadiums assign load-in windows and paths, and a life-size booth has to move through them on the venue's clock. Chicago Flower Wall delivered, assembled, and struck the booth inside those constraints, the same routine it runs in convention centers and retail floors.
Brand teams sketching a similar play can see the booth's corporate side on the corporate photo booth rentals in Chicago page, with the standard rental details on the magazine photo booth rental in Chicago page.
