Green Hedge Wall Rental in Chicago: A Corporate Event Makeover With Custom Signage
Chicago Flower Wall's green hedge wall got a full makeover for a large corporate event. A planner restyled the boxwood backdrop as a tennis-themed stage set — floral trim along the top and sides, crossed rackets mounted at center, giant tennis balls flanking the stage — and Chicago Flower Wall made the custom signage that turned the wall into the event's own backdrop: a crest emblem and a clear acrylic logo panel set into the greenery.
A Hedge Wall Dressed for a Tennis Night
The photograph shows the finished stage before the program started. The hedge wall runs wide across a green stage floor, its edges softened by a thick floral garland in white, blue, and yellow. Two cream armchairs and a small round table sit in front of it — a fireside-chat arrangement — with a projection screen above the wall and the Chicago skyline lit up in the windows behind.
Nothing about the styling is generic. The crossed tennis rackets are mounted directly on the boxwood, the oversized tennis balls carry a sponsor's name, and the floral palette matches the theme instead of fighting it. That is the planner's makeover the caption describes: the same rental wall, completely re-read for one specific night.
The Signage Is Ours
Two pieces of signage sit on the wall. On the left, a white crest with a tennis-player silhouette and a society name. On the right, a clear acrylic panel with a large initial logo, an established date, and a tennis-ball mark. The caption is explicit about this part: the custom signage was made by Chicago Flower Wall to bring the client's vision to life.
That in-house piece matters for corporate work. A rental backdrop can be beautiful and still anonymous; signage is what makes the photos from the night belong to one company and one event. Because the lettering and panels are fabricated for the booking, the same hedge wall can carry a crest and rackets for a tennis gala in June and something entirely different at a wedding the following weekend.
Where a Hedge Wall Fits in Chicago Corporate Events
Large corporate gatherings need one reliable photo moment, because hundreds of guests with phones will find one anyway — the only question is whether the event's identity is in it. A hedge wall with custom signage answers that: every stage photo and guest selfie from the night repeats the branding, in focus, at the center of the frame. Chicago Flower Wall rents the wall from its Hickory Hills base for corporate events throughout the city and suburbs; the full backdrop range is on the flower wall backdrop rentals page, and planners comparing styles can browse the wider backdrop rentals in Chicago collection.
