Balloon Column Rental in Chicago: Teal and Coral Columns Frame an Uncharted Storefront
Chicago Flower Wall's balloon column rental in Chicago put two organic balloon columns on either side of an Uncharted store's arched entrance — teal, deep navy, coral, and white balloons stacked in uneven clusters from the sidewalk to the top of the glass. The photograph was taken after dark on April 5, 2025, with the columns lit by the store's own sign and storefront glass. The company builds balloon columns and entrance decor for store events, openings, and celebrations across Chicago and the suburbs.

Two Columns, One Entrance
The storefront already had its architecture working for it: a wide brick arch, floor-to-ceiling glass, and the chain's name in illuminated channel letters running the full width of the facade. The columns were placed to work inside that frame rather than compete with it — one against each brick pier, leaving the arch and the doorway completely clear.
That placement matters more than it looks. Guests and customers still walk the center line, carts still roll through, and nothing about the entrance stops functioning. What changes is the read from the parking lot: two vertical bands of color announce that something is happening inside this store tonight, in a way a window sign never does.
A Color Story Built for Night
The palette runs in stacked bands rather than a mixed scatter: bright teal at the top, deep navy-teal, a run of coral-orange, white, then teal and navy again, finishing in coral at the base. Against warm brick and the cool white of the store's sign lighting, the coral is the band that carries — it is the warmest color on the facade and the one the eye lands on first.
Silver starburst foils tucked at the base of the right-hand column add the only metallic note. The photograph catches the columns after sunset with wet asphalt in front of the store, and the pavement doubles everything: sign light, storefront glow, and the columns' colors smearing softly across the dark lot. Night is when a setup like this earns its keep, and whoever scheduled the photograph knew it.
Storefront Work, Beyond the Flower Walls
Uncharted is a familiar name on this company's route. Other Illinois Uncharted stores have taken delivery of a flower wall rental for their sales floors, and the relationship runs store to store — a wall inside one location, entrance columns outside another. Retail decor rewards that range: the piece has to match the job, not the other way around.
As backdrop rentals in Chicago go, columns are the lightest-touch version — no wall, no frame, nothing anchored to the building — yet they redraw the front of a store for an evening.
