When planning your LED dance floor size, a general rule of thumb is to allocate approximately 4–5 square feet of dance floor per guest for a moderately active event, or 3 square feet per guest if you expect a very active dance floor (which is almost always the case at Bar Mitzvahs). For a celebration with 150 guests, a 16×16 ft or 20×20 ft floor is typically appropriate.

Setup logistics are important to confirm with your venue in advance. Our team requires approximately 60–90 minutes for LED floor installation and an equal amount of time for teardown. We'll coordinate directly with your venue's event coordinator to confirm access times. For venues with strict load-in windows, we recommend building in buffer time on both ends.
